I was able to penetrate the local Schenectady 109th Airlift Wing of the NY Air Guard and thru covert means obtain this confidential insider information. It turns out Commander Don developed a whole tent city training area here commonly referred to as "Booneville" by the grunts.

I watched a majestic B2 fly-over for the airshow from this entrance gate a couple years back, now wonder if Jed Jr was at the stick.  Terry
