Ch 135 World's Best Athlete                                    or at least among the elite                       

Took the opportunity of short drive and a few bucks to watch some premier athletes.

The NY Rangers were practicing at nearby Lake George and the rink was open to the public.

Had a conversation with Jags on the way to the stationary bike workout. He's a real personable guy and after you get used to his accent, you can really begin to understand his philosophy of life at the top. There is more of my complete interview and video on my Youtube site . 

The inspiration helped boost our team to first place, beating our old teammates.
