Terry's Journey in Retirement

Chapter 603

Andy Iorio

at Troy Savings Bank Music Hall

Went down to the Troy Savings Bank Music Hall for a concert by Andy Iorio. Since he married my daugher-in-law's sister this year, I'm calling him family.  I was able to make 13 video recordings in the Hall after getting permission from the staff and have provide them to Andy for his use. Only used my pocket cam on tripod so it's decent quality while the Hall's streaming devices apparently had glitches. The link above is at 1080 sent to youtube. The composition is "Rush" from Album II. We had used "Release" in Ch 525 Flatiron Hike and the same song nominated for an award in Hollywood this year.

The Hall originally designed as a bank in 1823 has been home to many varieties of musical performers over the years. From Arthur Rubenstein to the Glenn Miller Orchestra.

Tania Susi studied at Julliard and has her web site

Andy recently was nominated a third time for a Hollywood Music in Media Award in 2021.

Of course I had to launch my drone as long as I was there. Didn't get a great shot with all the other building so close by.
