Ch 129 New Species Discovered                                      Botany Edition                          

Fall Stream Video now uploaded 8/6/2008

This week I trekked miles into the unknown and found a new plant species that I am naming Olmsteda americanus. Had to go to my Macro lens for this, but you can see the yellow targets that nature uses to attract insects and the fly (diptera sp)  that didn't get away, mid-right. Should I contact the National Geographic or Discovery Channel???  These previously undiscovered plants were numerous up the hidden stream that falls mysteriously out of the mountains into Piseco Lake. Believe I'll name the uncharted stream "Fall Stream".
