Chapter 108

Ch 108 The Wackenhut Conspiracy                               Federal Court

In an effort to simplify this chapter I will try to concentrate on just one issue. I was assigned the task of photographing the US Northern District Courthouse in Albany for my client who does business there. As I shot from across the street, Wackenhut  Badgeman (remember Dallas) comes lurking out of the shadows and beckons me over. http://www.abovetopsecret.com/pages/wackenhut.html I enhanced his image (P.I.) in the sky (Plesnarski?). You can even see the reflection of his face on his uniform bounced off the minivan, WOW! Federal building picture taking without authorization, ID check, radio check with superiors, free country/ 9-11/ blah blah, then I’m released from custody after 5 minutes. This was amusing because on 1/23/1969 the Feds took me into custody for 2 years Army time from this VERY building when it served as the military recruitment and induction station. I’d walked there that day from around the corner at the NYSDOT building. The bus to Ft. Dix, NJ was packed with inductees and I had to stand up in the aisle all the way down there.

I know my Sister is afraid to open my emails thinking that the Amendments to the Constitution are no longer honored. So, I went back today and spoke to the US Marshals inside. They were very accommodating and invited me to attend an ongoing trial, which I did. Presiding was US Magistrate Randy Treece, who happened to have been on a basketball team with Frank Estabrooks and me at the Troy YMCA back in the 70’s when he was in the public defenders office for Rensselaer County.

Today’s strange defendant, Alexandra Bliss, faces years upon felony conviction but would not admit to her name and was remanded to federal custody. http://www.legalhelp.org/public/article.php The case had originated under Chief Turley’s reign. (Yes, brother I believe of our softball teammate, Mike).

Note the omens in the picture. Under the green dome sits the DEC agency I retired from. Inside the delivery truck probably sit packages I crushed. And of course there is that demonic looking Mustang.

Next chapter Court of Appeals.
