Brass Era video

Champ car video

Attended the Saratoga Auto Museum changeover from Cadillacs to Brass Era vehicles and prepared 2 videos.

I'm still amazed that during economic downturns, there can still be production of such things as the above depression era 1931 Cadillac Sixteen Phaeton. The electric drill was barely invented then.

Champ car video captures the beautiful #35 Enterprise Machine Special racer. This one was a USAC Championship car, raced in the Syracuse Mile, and once was driven by native western New Yorker, Jim Hurtubise. The 4 cylinder Offenhouser powered machine goes back to private collector, Bob McConnell of Urbana, Ohio.

I had to delete an exciting video that captured the first ever appearance on the East Coast for ZZ Tops guitarist Billy Gibbons custom Cadillac named Cadzilla. Custom Hot Rodder Boyd Coddington did the fabrication from a '48 Caddy that was featured on the cover of Hot Rod Magazine. Same guy who designed my Mustang, Larry Erikson, did the custom design. Apparently Ford Motors has a intellectual property rights on the design and prohibits images being taken of the car. Although I did sneak in a smidgen into the midget video.
