Having my point & shoot handy, I may have been the only one who captured this image of the remains of a crazed Pittsburg Steeler's pickup from my old days of swap driving chapters.(upper picture) Perhaps you may have dismissed it as just another trivial accident but this week's article in New York Times reminded me that it is still an important and ongoing story. New neurological analysis appears to link his football related concussions to brain damage that resulted in or exacerbated the condition of dementia/depression/paranoia. I think most of us can relate to some of those symptoms.

On a lighter note, in that same October 2004 week I also recall taking a beautiful ride up to Burlington, Vermont to retrieve this flashy 6-speed RSX for my Acura sales manager Steve Coons. I can still recall going thru the gears and around those Adirondack Mountain curves on that sunny clear day. I do miss it. This year, Shawn bought an Acura from Steve and I helped obtain that big swap-driver discount (the same one everybody gets).

In latest attempt to stay healthy and avoid pain I retook to the ice just to see if I could:  http://home.nycap.rr.com/cphockey/flyerscup7.htm it might seem brainless or counter intuitive but my back/ leg situation does feel better after having played than it did in prior weeks!
