THE TRAIL

The trail is only about 3/4 mile (45min) originating from the lake road on the S-W side of the lake. It's not too difficult except for the last few yards where you have to go over this boulder, scale the tree roots and pass to the left of the Hemlock trunk (w/ trail marker). This is really and ideal spot for a panther attack, if there are any. Not exactly a leisurely stroll but well worthwhile.
