Chapter 20 FFA

Farm Country

My trip to Vermont was very peaceful today. There was a beautiful view of the Adirondacks from across Lake Champlain (home of Champ or Nessie).

The cow theme was everywhere including the motif for some homes. If you look closely you can make out the eyelashes.

Found a nice Ford for sale, kinda old but still suitable for hauling hay bales. Can't do that in a Audi Turbo Quattro.

In the end I was very "tired". Reminded me of my Agricultural Phase of retirement when I almost became the Area Agricultural Engineer for the Natural Resouces Conservation Service in Albany. Would have been responsible for reviewing plans for Animal Waste Management Systems like this for 10 counties. (nice attempt at domestic solid waste recycling too.

Almost didn't include this trip in my digital documentary but didn't want to disappoint my fans.

see ya next time "on the road", guess this is my Charles Kuralt phase setting in. [Future Farmers of America]
