Ch 123 DaVinci Code Revealed                              Unindicted Co-Conspirator

This week a hot button issue arose while retrieving the Verified Petition and Affidavits from a recent civil case filed in Albany County Clerks Office. Turns out it’s a very interesting case. Involves kickbacks, bribery, corruption, concrete club, sex crimes.

Long story short, NYS Comptroller denied a highway construction job to this particular company (Worth Construction) headed by a guy named Pontoriero. “Pontoriero himself was named an unindicted co-conspirator in the trial of known Genovese crime family member Anthony (Fat Tony) Salerno (in NYC) , and has been a business partner with or has employed as subcontractors companies operated by individuals known to have connections with organized crime.”
