Buddy's wife, Nancy France, wife took this pic in the Catskill Mountains on a hike just a few weeks ago, early April. We all did what turned out to be a grueling 5 hour 4 mile hike to the North Point just above Haines Falls and Rip Van Winkle Hollow. 

It was a great reconditioning therapy for my herniated back disc & bad leg ...

...to cope with all the ice, snow, runoff, mud and loose rocks under foot.

In another simple twist of fate a 3 by 5 foot, 200 pound slab of marble crashed on the sidewalk at a spot I had passed about 10 seconds earlier. Extreme high wind forces pushed the slab 80 feet downwind and 30 feet out from the top of a 20 story building as I passed on foot doing my paper work courier job.
