Sightseeing in the Green Mountains

I paid $100 a day for a brand new Civic rental to sightsee up through Vermonts Green Mountains today. No, wait- they gave me the car FREE AND paid me to go there. Got a little sunburn with the top open. The white line fever was popping up in my eyes for a while so I stopped at Hogback Mt for the recommended view near Wilmington on rte 9. Quick birdseye view of streamside from sunroof. 

Had some trouble with the bears, then what pops up over my steering wheel but a DeHaviland Seaplane near Keene, NH. It nearly landed on my roof but I got out and helped the pilot ashore. 

Ran into Betty Boop on the way home. I'll send a better pic to Ma since it's her favorite. 

You can't make this stuff up! 

Tomorrow Acura to Milford CT.  Wondering if I'll run into Paul Newman or whatever???
