Chapter 128B

Ch 128B Give Me Justice                                      NY Legal System

Officer Capt. Mike Hart is shown here ( photos courtesy of Times Union) testifying in Orange County about how he discovered the hatchet murdered body of his compatriot, the law clerk who also worked on the 5th Floor of our Justice Building. Also shown is the suspect, Christopher Porco, who is the murder victim's son. The victims wife, whose head was nearly chopped off but survived to identify the son as the perpetrator, walks arm in arm with the suspect into Albany Supreme Court here (few blocks away). I had the opportunity to attend a few pre-trial evidentiary hearings in Albany. Was just a couple rows behind the mother when son came over during break. Red faced, dry mouthed & shaking to give mother a drink. Very eerie! Mother now states she does not remember the events.

Note that son loves Jeeps, like our family, but that could be his downfall using it as the getaway vehicle. Distinctive Jeep was spotted leaving Rochester Univ. coming here to Albany, the murder scene. When I was a college student I was required to buy and use an axe like this to receive 3 credit hours for our Forest Mensuration course. All the students had one. I'm just saying that, it would be a harder case to prove, if Chris had studied Forestry.
