I edited, compiled, and posted this 2 min video in honor of old college buddy and CIO Bob Vitello. It tells a story that covers 40 years and is hopefully self explanatory. I wanted to share some of my slides.

Bob was in my house [a Mens Co-op #1, like a fraternity] at SU and I've reconnected with him here in Albany. Ran into him on the street in the 80's and recently Googled him. Found this Robert Vitello Talking  site on line. He is a real character, check out his off-beat humor in the (bottom) 16 min video clip if you have the time (and wait for the loading). I used his (upper) coffee video clip in my video. He is now the Chief Information Officer at the NYS Dept of Labor and had been the CIO and Director of Legal Technology & Systems Management for the Office of the NYS Attorney General. After 40 years we got together for dinner at Applebees and had a great time reminiscing.

There were about 20 other housemate/students at the Mens Coop #1 in the heart of the business/hang out district at the end of Marshall Street on the edge of the campus . We all shared in running the house from cleaning, cooking, buying food, washing dishes, etc. Bob bought most of the food for us.I was house President  and Official Dean of Students representative or Resident Advisor my last year there. Bob succeeded me the following year.

In the photo above our house was celebrating a nice spring day at an outdoor picnic at Green Lakes. Bob was never drunk, but was a fine actor having been enrolled in the School of Drama for a while before going into Public Administration. Interestingly enough, I ran into the guy with the bottles, Hank Bielawski, skiing at Brodie Mt, Mass. in the 70's where he was on Ski Patrol. He was a card. Think he had a broken arm at the time. He used to climb the trees in front of our house and fell out, or was it from the time he bet someone he could jump off the roof. He was a walk-on to the SU football team- no small task. Became an engineer with GE. Nick Elton, far left became an architect. Maryann's rear showing, if I'm not mistaken. I later ran into her in 1970 outside a barber shop at Ft Gordon. She had married a guy in our house, Tom White, who was a Lieutenant in the Army, getting his hair cut, had done his Vietnam tour and was getting an early out. Mike Clifton's head- no reconnection, yet.

Also appearing in the video. Me & the house dog "Coop" we acquired.
