"Malik" Shahed Hussain

What do you know that is true? So much deception in our world. Shahed Hussain the older Pakistani guy on our right should be the subject of a major motion picture. But he's a spook, a ghost character about whom details are only sketchy, and yet protected by our govenment? He's the owner of the limo that caused the death of 20 innocent local Amsterdam partiers in Schoharie, NY. His son Nauman Hussain actually runs the limo service although they faked the names on the paper work. Nauman has been negotiating for a plea deal which would get him off with NO jail time whatsoever. "Malik" among so many fake aliases was also the primary instigator of the Newburg Four sting terrorism case that sent 4 largely innocent poor mentally deficient black muslims to jail for 25 years. Also was the informant involved in sending the mostly harmless white Al Qaeda wannabe Kalifah to jail for 15 years. Also directly responsible for sending 2 local Albany Muslims (from Bangladesh and Iraq) who probably would not have been involved were it not for the Fed setup to Federal prison for 15 years.

This picture above is reportedly taken in 2016 at the Islamabad, Pakistan home of his maybe brother Malik Riaz Hussain. With him is professional boxer and Olympic Silver Medalist, Amir Khan. Khan gave Hussain $30,000 with the agreement to quickly repay. They met again in London but Hussain instead asked for and got $20,000 more. Hussain never reimbursed him and told him to stop bothering him. The supposed brother is a Pakistani real estate tycoon worth billions of dollars. A local pastor Farooq John had a similar experience with Hussain in 2006. He said he gave Hussain $29,000 for a business opportunity running gas stations in Queensbury off the the Northway. He then found out the gas station was already being leased to another person and he never got his money back. Mr Hussain is a despicable scammer and con man extraordinaire. He became a government informant by avoiding a sentence for scamming the NYSDMV where he't take driving exams claiming to be other people.

The government does need and heavily relies on informants to make cases, however, instead of putting this criminal in jail, they used him (or vice versa) and he's been spreading a trail of destruction for decades since with no consequences.

This is where I first crossed paths and became interested in the Albany terrorism plot . In the summer of 2004 I met this man Mohammad Mosharref Hossain at his Little Italy Pizza Shop on Central Ave Albany, NY.

I had ridden my Trek bike 50 miles in 90 degree heat from Clifton Park to the Albany (Tulip Festival I believe) and back. I had 2 water bottles on board which I consumed on the way down. I stopped at his Pizza shop for a refill. He refilled my bottles mostly with ice and water for one dollar. He seemed a bit hesitant and not openly warm to me which I chalked up to a general mistrust of some foreigners to white Americans. However, it was at this time that he was sucked into money laundering and Jihad to make a buck and was on alert to any undercover feds that might penetrate his world.

The next time I saw Mohammad Hossain was at his trial link. I was doing legal paperwork at the US Northern NY District Court so I sat in on the trial once or twice sitting in the back of the gallery in pews next to other Muslims from their Albany Masjid As-Salam Mosque. The confidential informant Malik Shahed Hussain was behind a screen to protect his identity, his voice was weak and indistinct as his English was somewhat broken and hard to discern.

Attorney Terry Kinlon who I had previously met, represented the second defendant Yassin Aref. Interestingly it is Terry's son Lee Kinlon who represents Nauman Hussain in the limo crash case. Counsel Kevin Lulibrand represented the defendant Hussain. William Pericak was lead US prosecutor and US Judge Mc Avoy presided.

Hussain shows the stinger missile to Hossain taken from the Waiting for Mercy movie that starts off with FBI James Comey explaining the charges. Our CIA supplied to Bin Laden and his Afghan Mujadin with these in 1986 which led to the defeat of the Soviets.

The Newburg Sting on HBO does a great job of showing how pathetic the whole setup was.
