Ch 67 Positively Fourth Street

The Days of Triumph                                 

Returning from Concord NH I caught this moose pix in Bennington  VT. There is a Moose Fest in that village June 11 with all kinds of painted meese.

One reader suggested I blend in some oldie pix with the chapters so I reached back into the archives since it was Bob Dylan's 64th birthday last week. Shots of him are from 1964 when he was about 23.  Giving a ride to John Sebastian of Lovin Spoonful- helmets not needed "back in the day". He had a bad wreck on his Triumph near Woodstock as I mentioned in an earlier chapter. Bud Pete (old girlfriend) & I spent a little time there in my Triumph era ('70 pictured). Kathy & I surprised her brother Pete in Orchard Beach Maine when he was performing with his band, "Peninsula", back in his Triumph days. Things were a little bit hippiesh. There was revolution in the air, but the times were a changing.
