Variable Climatic Conditions

The hum-drum commute on my swap drives may be a lot like yours. There are peaceful moments punctuated by more sporty moments. Sometimes it’s the recent serene and tranquil commute down from Vermont in a lowly Element stopping by Eagle Lake to recon next summer’s kayaking Brook Trout trip. Monday's Martin Luther King Holiday was not a holiday for retirees. So, I had a hot time picking up this $54K 340 HP Audi S4 from Brooklyn. Avoiding the turned over and exploding gasoline tanker on the BQE (Brooklyn Queens Express for the layman) was just part of the job. http://www.nydailynews.com/front/story/383501p-325444c.html

While last month’s New Jersey fetch of this comparable BMW 525Xi was just another merely mundane Monday.

Since these were all 4 wheel drive like the Jeeps we had in Virgil, they weren’t really much of a thrill.

Here are the results of my last 10K run:  http://www.omahacorporatecuprun.org/results2000/individual.asp?RaceN=11441
