This was my first 90th birthday party. It was phenomenal. A mother-in-law could hardly ask for a better party. The video displays the warmth and fun had by all. Not that it was without drama. There can be some stress and tension with any large family gathering. OK, there was some grumbling, a few wrestling matches, and it is true that one person was taken away to Hospital by the Emergency Medical Technicians. Some were kicked out of the bar afterwards and the 'designated driver' even missed the driveway to camp, with after party waking up all the neighbors. But no bones were fractured and one actually died. To make an omellete you must break some eggs. Let's just say, "eggs were broken".

Kathy's Mom was comfortable at the microphone (like Aunt Carol at 89) saying she did not feel old, REALLY! But wasn't electricity not even invented when she was born? Look it up.

We all have to thank nephew Joey for taking the over 350 pictures that I used as a basis (one percent) for the video. Good quality camera, technique, persistence, and internet distribution, I used facebook to get a few of our guests other party photos for the collage above, just to make it interesting. Found some of Mary Beth's Utica Harley Davidson group but couldn't find her V-Rod.

Lillian still lives well, independently in her home and drives her car on a limited basis, like many of us.
