Chapter 109

3/3/2005

Ch 109 Court of Appeals                                            Highest Court in NY

Like Anna Nicole Smith, I recently entered the supreme court, but of New York State AND as a persistent felon. Hadn’t realized it till I re-read last week’s Bliss Alexandra case http://www.legalhelp.org/public/article.php but possession of a forged instrument (her cardboard- my paper Xerox copy) of a license plate can be a felony. My salesman recently forgot to bring an extra plate so I used the copy machine to get me home from CT. In addition, last month a plate fell off on a trip to MASS and I used a forgery (scanned facsimile) my dealership had emailed me to get home.

Bliss, by the way, is now facing 30 federal felony charges of fraud and falsely filing IRS forms 8300 which reported $126 Million in suspicious cash transactions. She intended to implicate and harass public officials she had grievances with by causing investigations of them for unreported income. This frail 60 year old woman was a pathetic, if not sympathetic, character as she was escorted into federal court in the yellow Albany County Correctional Facility jump suit, handcuffs and leg irons. SOP for the suspected felons I’d escorted for the Military Police. But, she has brought this upon herself. You can’t push the limits of governmental regulations or threaten their authority as has been her Extremist position as a Patriot/ Constitutionalist/ Redemption Theorist. Seems these common law movement proponents claim numerous freedoms under the Constitution without restrictions.    2007 in fed prison

Have no pictures inside Court of Appeals as cameras and cell phone cameras are checked at the door with security before going through the metal detector that’s meant to keep out the evil doers. Picked up the public court briefs (available to public) from Court Clerk on the Chesterfield case  http://www.law.cornell.edu/nyctap/I05_0065.htm . Bum on this park pathway begging for a quarter made an interesting contrast.

Ran into former FedEx worker; says they are now asking workers to volunteer to not come in.
