Ch 111 Trademark Infringement                                      We call it PTO

Another fun way to spend retirement time is doing trademark research. I recently helped research & file a trademark with the US Patent and Trademark Office. You can go to this website, for example,  http://www.uspto.gov/main/trademarks.htm  and click at the top center column “SEARCH trademarks” >Select Search Form > New User Form Search (basic) > then enter UHF , submit query at the cursor you’ll find about 16 wordmarks listed. Yes, our United Hockey Federation league has committed a trademark infringement violation. Nevertheless, I must report that my Flyers team proudly just won the UHF championship, regular season and playoffs this week. Never will I have to say, “I COULDA been a champion.” latest standing http://www.cliftonparkarena.com/xtreme_hockey.html

Gary (GE turbine engineer) incurred a small fracture to his leg a couple games back and will miss the spring session. Next to him are, couple of ringers without whom we suck. Mohan was an 04-05 honorable mention All Star in the Super East Collegiate Hockey League while at Siena College http://www.sienacollegehockey.com/ . He may also leave our team; as a Morgan Stanley account manager he may backfill a position left vacant in NYC resulting from the 9-11 disaster. Next is Boudette who was the second leading scorer at Geneseo Univ. 01-02. He continued on to U.B. for a BS in EE then started a job here at GE when he joined our team. He was also my teammate 13 years ago (half his lifetime) when he filled in one night on a team his Dad and I played on. http://www.uscho.com/stats/team-overall.php?season=20012002&team=40&gender=m Capt Nirsberger centered celebrating in locker room, although he got into a fighting and misconduct penalty and tossed from the game late.
