Using the PowerPoint tutorial ("The Life of..."), go to your video that you posted online. If it is on on http://screenr.com, click "Share" and copy the embed code and paste it at the bottom of your Me 2.0 Blogger About page. If your video is on Youtube, click on Share under the video > embed > 640x390 and uncheck show suggested videos (screenshot below)

Post the blogspot link and screenshot of the video on your blog to posterous and the link to the spreadsheet.
