MV Lyrics

It is time to write your song lyrics! This is one of the most important parts of the MV process. From the lyrics you will create a music video and act out your song so it is important to keep the end music video result in mind when choosing and writing your lyrics.

Your lyrics must be written by you. I do English and Korean searches on the web for the lyrics of your song. If I find that you deliberately copied lyrics, you will receive a failing grade; so make sure all of the work is your own.

Many times humorous lyrics and music videos are the most popular viewed but not many students make them. When you think of lyrics, make sure you keep in mind the various elements:

Time (past, present, and/or future)

Location (grocery story, mall, street, friend's house)

Main people involved (father and son, three friends, an orphan, a couple)

Plot (what happens)

Twist (change of events that people don't expect to happen)

Conflict (could be a big or very small, resistance to main people involved)
