Canon Quiz

You will be using the class camera again throughout this quarter and next quarter and I want to make sure you know how to use it.

This quiz be taken in class on the day according to the calendar. It will only take 1-2 minutes and you will be asked about four questions from the list below and have to demonstrate it on the Canon 600D camera. I may ask you to demonstrate it on the 550D instead but the camera settings are identical to the 600D.

You may use the class camera to practice if needed but the video tutorial is the best way to review. This quiz may count for a lab since it is hands-on. I will try to ask straight forward questions but you will need to know the answer and demonstrate it and will not have time to try and guess or figure it out.

You may not use your CA book for this one but you must have it when you take it with Canon 600d diagrams and notes in it, which will be included in this grade as the 5th question. If you have diagrams and notes, you get credit for the 5th question and vice versa.

If you bring your camera (or a family member's camera but not a friend's) to class (not a cell phone) when you take it and can show me how to change your exposure manually to take a bright photo, then a dark photo, you will get extra points for this grade.
