Open your background Illustrator files and use the crop artboard and trim it down to only the document size (do not include your color scheme & signature photo. Go to File > Export > JPG (maximum quality 10, RGB color mode, and choose 300dpi) & make sure you click on "Use Artboards" Also, make sure that the size dimensions are the correct widescreen format (888px by 480px).

Upload your final images for grading to your picasa in a new album labeled Story Backgrounds. Include the backgrounds in the correct order and place them in the following order:
Your story project grade will be divided into two parts. You will be given a grade for your illustrations (AI) and one for your animations (AE). Later when you create your animations in After Effects, you can make minor changes to your backgrounds but it will not effect your Illustrations final grade.
Go to the Final Project Spreadsheet and paste your link to your picasa album you just created.
Then upload your title page to the MF picasa album, Story Project, and in the caption, first write your classID and then type "View the story images: insert your picasa album link"
