In class, ask someone who does not sit next to you in your small row to check over your Master Shot work.
First explain to them in a few sentences the core concept behind your Master Shot. It is very important that you explain the most important concept of your Master Shot (you wrote it in the Task 4.1c checkpoint).
Then go to http://mastershots.posterous.com and click on your text slide and diagram so that you can show them and they can compare what you said to the text. That person should give you suggestions on how to explain it more clear so you can better understand.
Then have them go to your open your Task 4.1c Posterous article and play the 30-second Master Shot example. Ask the person if the example was clear and if it matched the text and example storyboards from http://mastershots.posterous.com.
Have them comment on your Posterous article (Task 4.1c 30-second Example) first on what suggestions they gave to improve the explanation. Then in the same comment, have them write about what was good and what needs to be improved to improve the example to make the Master Shot part of the video more clear or correct.
On a scale of 1-10, 10 being they think the example video clearly shows the correct Master Shot and 1 means that they did not, have them rate the example in the same comment. Your grade will not be influenced or impacted from the number given.
Finally, have them write if they think you should refilm the example because the Master Shot was not clearly shown. If you or the peer review catches your mistakes now and you or them suggests that you refilm, you won't be deducted points for doing so and will have a chance to remake it before turning in the final task. Although, if they rated you high and said you did a great job and don't need to refilm but when I (the teacher) grades it and the video example does not match the text or storyboard example correctly, then they will be counted off for their mistake.
Switch
When one person is finished commenting then switch roles and complete the previous instructions on their Master Shot.
