Survey Form
After watching the Google Form video, watch the video tutorial and use your yisseoul.org school (not ca email) Google Docs to create a form that contains 6-10 questions about you using the directions below (asking what their name is does not count). Choose the form theme that you prefer.
Include at least the following questions and add additional ones but do not have more than 10 total questions including their name.
Make sure to check the three boxes:
For the title at the top of the page, type "Do you know (Your Name)?" In the description box below the title, write a one sentence background of who you are.

Results
When you are finished, go to the bottom of the form under the Confirmation Page and type your answers to your questions like the format below. Make sure the two checkboxes are selected (Show link and Publish and show form results as shown below).
Have students in class answer the questions or email the link (at the bottom of your form) to your friends. If you need people to send to, email me in advance and I can help you. To view their responses, go to your Google Drive, https://drive.google.com, or your Google Doc list and find the spreadsheet of your form.
Email the form to at least 15 of your classmates' school yisseoul email (their email should be on the spreadsheet).
Once your spreadsheet is open go to Form > Show summary of responses and it will show you nice graphs of your results. When 10 students have submitted their response, take enough screenshots to show all your graphs and email them to WordPress with the category tutSpreadsheets. Also insert the summary of responses link and the summary spreadsheet link (make it public) into the body of the email like the screenshot below.
