In your CA idea's book, draw rough sketches for each of your scenes. Draw one scene per page but don't make it look too overcrowded. Remember to use good angles and appropriate cuts. Label your scenes 1-10 in the top left corner. Make sure you use arrows to show the animation of the characters and backgrounds you plan to use. When you are finished, draw an idea you have for your title page. Example.
Using your camera, use the macro mode (flower icon) on your camera if you have it, with good lighting (no flash) to take photos of each. If the photos turn out dark, try to make them ligheter. Post them in order in your Picasa in a new album labeled "Story Draft Sketches"
Order:
In the caption beneath the photo in Picasa, insert the coordinating text from your story to go along with the scene. Using comments under each caption, explain the following but don't overuse and go above and beyond in the animations and sound effects:
Then, in your album, view all the photos so you can see them all on one page and on the right column, click link > embed > and choose Extra-extra large 800px, Autoplay. Copy the HTML code below it and paste it into the body of your email when you email to posterous. Posterous is so smart.
Finally, use ScreenToaster, Jing, ScreenFlow, Quicktime, or another screencast recorder to record yourself going through each of the story's slides while narrating them. If none of these programs work, use a video camera and record the screen while you narrate.
When you record, pretend that a little boy or girl will be watching this draft, not a teacher...so don't make informal comments or explanations to the teacher. Be sure to speak clearly and change your voices according to the characters. You can ask others to help you record if needed. Upload to YT and post the link in the same article with your Picasa album. Post the posterous link to the spreadsheet. Example
