Insert a new title slide on a black background and use the lens flare title effect. For the text, type Master Shots and use the lens flare default text format. See the example.
Change the length of the black background duration (double-click the black background on the timeline to bring up the inspector) to 5:01. Then change the duration of the Master Shots title to 2:00.
Add a new title after "Master Shots" and use the Lower Third title effect. On the first line type the Master Shot main category (the chapter your specific topic falls under) and on the second line type your specific topic. Make sure to Capitalize all words except small words (e.g. and, to, etc).
Click on Show Fonts or cmd + t and use the font Baskerville, white, and a font size that is appropriate to your title (long titles may be smaller in size, short titles larger). Beneath the word Baskerville, click B to make the text bold. Click done and then highlight the two lines of your title's text and press opt + cmd + right or left arrow to adjust the kerning spacing between letters (long titles may be smaller less space, short titles more). Then select the first text line and press cmd + + to increase the font size or cmd + - to decrease it. Make the sizes appropriate and make the first line of text slightly larger since it is the category title (size difference not shown in screenshot example).
Use your green screen photo or another good formal photo and drag the photo into iMovie at the end of the timeline. Make the photo duration 2:11 and keep the Ken Burns effect.
Use the Soft Edge title effect and drag in on top of your photo and make the duration 2:11 as well so it matches the photo duration. Type By (Your Name) and use the font Baskerville, size 9, and Bold. Choose a contrasting color so it can easily be read over your photo. You can choose to center, left, or right align the text to place it in the best place that would appear the best on the photo. Try not to cover up your face with the text.
Add the Fade to Black transition at the end of your timeline.
When finished your clip should be about 8 seconds (7-9 okay) like the example.
Upload your intro to your YT account and title it Master Shot Title Intro.
