Follow the directions to export the video
- Go to File > Export > Media (cmd + m)
- Choose the following settings
- Remember the dimentions should be the following:
- Width 1920
- Height 1080
Finished
Do not do:
When you export, choose H.264 and the following settings:
Width 1920
Height 1080
H.264 (if possible)
Profile: High
Level 4.2
Uncheck the Frame Rate box and type 23.976
Click on the Save Preset and name it H.264 so that you can use these settings next time.
