Title Page
Guidelines
- Create a creative title page...not an obvious predictable title
- Use Illustrator text effects learned in class
- Create a title background for your story possibly based on a story scene
- Add the text, "Written and Illustrated by Your Full Name" on the document. Don't make it very big, your title should be the most visible.
- Your title page is the most important page. It will give the first impression of the book and will often be the deciding factor if people will choose to read it or not.
- Good composition
- Colors match well
- Easy to read title with coordinating colors
- Author text size is good
- Good use of text effect with the title on a curved line
- Showing a good scene with the characters
- Too many colors in the title
- Nice scene with characters but too crowded
- Too much text, crowded
- Good colors

- Big, easy to read font
