OBJECTIVE
To showcase your work from the semester. Example
Tutorials
View the Google Sites' videos starting with the overview and then part I-IV. Create your site while you watch the videos.
DIRECTIONS
- Create and design a Google Site in class
- Transfer various pictures from Posterous to the Google Site
- Organize and write short summaries on your work pictures
For each of the works that you post below, write a short paragraph (few sentences) summary including the following:
- What you did
- Example: I created a shadow collage using a side view picture of myself and photos I took of things I enjoy.
- How you did it (main tools you used to make it)
- Example: Inverting selections and using the feather tool, I was able to blend the photos together in the shape of my silhouette in Photoshop.
- Overall challenges and highlights.
- Example: It was difficult arranging the photos together but I enjoyed choosing items that best represent me and I learned a lot about myself.

- Include a formal picture of yourself
- Write a short paragraph description of yourself in the third person that includes the following:
- Ethnicity and where you live (Seoul, South Korea)
- Hobbies and interests
- Portfolio
- GarageBand
- A screenshot of your instrument layers in GB.
- Add your mp3 song as an attachment at the bottom of the page
- You can upload your final song or you can take out your lyrics and upload only the music part.
- Office
- One screenshot from one of your MS Word docs (e.g. newsletter, surfing)
- One screenshot from your MS Excel works (e.g. graph)
- One screenshot from MS PowerPoint
- PC Building
- Picture of you (group) and the computer you built
- Picture of a part of the computer
- Video of your computer project
- Photoshop
- Shadow collage
- Three bonus assignments you completed;
- if you don't have three, use your best tutorials
- All CD case designs embedded as a photo slideshow
- Adobe Kuler color scheme (if completed)
- Photography
- You and your framed picture or cube (if completed)
- At least three of your best photos you took with your camera this semester either for class
- HTML Programming
- A page showing your HTML code and then showing what it looks like in a browser
- Your hobby video
- Video
- Music Video
- One page of storyboards and explain how they are used
- One other good video you created for class (not Me 2.0)
- GarageBand
Appearance
Make sure your overall website design looks good and has a professional-looking color scheme,
layout, designs, and banner.
Make sure you have all the requirements with a killer good layout and design.
Portfolio
Add a picture gadget to the left side column below your LinkedIn profile and insert the following image link for the picture:

Then use the picture to create a link to your GoogleSites portfolio you made. Add the title "My Portfolio" for the gadget title. Again, this is bonus.
Illustrator
- An image of your best background with characters
- A bonus in Illustrator or a tutorial
After Effects
- Story project video
- Bonus vo in AE; if you don't have any, use a tutorial video (e.g. snowman)
Copy and paste your Google Sites Link website link.
For each of the portfolio items, write a short description.
