Instrument Design Guidelines

The person should not blend in the background (above) but should be contrasting to the background (below) and clearly seen.

Instrument must be clearly seen.

Use a drop shadow with a contrasting color for the name to make sure that the name can be clearly read. If the instrument text cannot be seen, use a contrasting color brush like the example above (e.g. violin).

Your musician should not be small (example above) but should fill the entire document vertically.

The designs should not be too much over the musician; instead the musician should stand out on top of the designs (circles, arrows, scratches).

The red font "Guitar" is too thin and hard to read with the colors used. The drop shadow is the same color in "Mr. Richards" and should be contrasting.

The email text should not be legible but should be very small and not readable unlike the example above.

Don't repeat certain objects too much like the yellow circles above.

Be creative with your shapes and colors and allow them to work together nicely like the example above. Don't allow your designs to make it look too overcrowded and busy and suffocating your musician like the example below.
