Directions
You have chosen three I Am statements (e.g. I am a coffee lover). Choose the first one you would like to film. If you are already in the area and would like to work ahead and film part of your second and third area you can but don't spend too much time filming for homework so that you have time for other things in your life.
After you chose your I Am areas to film and video at least 15 short clips (about 1-2 seconds each) of each of the areas while using the following
You may combine your angles and subject shots for the requirements. You may also combine cuts and subject shots/angles but you may not combine cuts and action shots.
For example, one clip could be a high angle medium shot horizontal pan. You could then cross those off your requirement list for the three categories.
You cannot get credit for multiple angles or subject shots on one clip. For example, if you have a head on shot and the subject starts at a medium shot and ends in a close up shot, that is okay but you may only choose one subject shot for the requirement checklist.
All footage must be shot during this school year and can be filmed by you or someone else but you are in charge of directing that person when they film you and reviewing the footage to make sure it is correct.
Film Requirements
Make sure to read over the project requirements and outline.
Walking & Faces
Film your feet walking at five different ground backgrounds for only 1-2 seconds each like the example. Make sure you film smoothly and not shaky.
Video yourself looking at your phone or camera while walking with five different backgrounds for only 1 second each like the example but film most of them as well as your feet outside of school and be creative. Make sure that you have an object match cut with your face so that your face changes at the same spot on the screen; crop if needed.
If you filmed your video clips using your phone, download the Google Drive App. Then go to your photos and select all of the video clips and choose "share" and click on the "more" option and enable Google Drive for sharing and upload them to your Drive like the screenshots below. Take a screenshot like the one below and make sure it shows a few of your video clips with the Google Drive icon. If you are using Android, the process is very similar. Submit the screenshot to Schoology.
