SJ's video is a really good example of a humorous parody that I was asking for in the directions. Here are the Pros & Cons that you can use to learn from his.
Pros
- Really like the autotunes chorus and it is a catchy song
- The opening of the video is good quality video but his face is dark
- Really good transition effects with Premiere
- Good angles used appropriately (dutch, over the shoulder)
- Like the clothes he used, very appropriate
- Great choice of locations
- Like the changing color effect at 1:50
Cons
- Shaky camera at times
- 1:15 actor is suppose to look poor but does not!
- Lip sync was not always perfectly synced and believable
- Missing closing titles
- Weather was gloomy in the background
- Too dark at times indoors at night
- Not the best ending (dark and poor composition/angle)
- It was funny but could have been funnier
