Boxing Tutorial

Example video completed above. Note: not all is correct according to the directions & definitions

Part A: Learn

Your feedback is wanted on the Cinemagraph tutorial. Go to the video tutorial & give it "Thumbs Up" so I know you already watched it and then leave a YT comment on what you liked about it and how you would improve your cinemagraph if you did it again.

Learn about Film Cuts while taking notes. Then view and take notes on Composition. Then watch the videos tutorials while taking notes in your CA Book to learn about how to film a boxing fight scene for special camera angles when shooting. You do not need to post a screenshot of your notes to Posterous. Someone in our group will need to bring a camera to film during class (check the calendar) and your group also needs to bring the following gear prep:

Gear Prep

There will be two boxers. Have a girl be designated as the "White" boxer and have them wear a white colored shirt or sweatshirt. Have a boy be the "Black" boxer and wear black or dark colored shirt. The shirts should not have distracting graphics on them. Each boxer must wear a headband of some sort or you could wrap a tshirt, towel, or cloth around your forehead. All the boxers should wrap their hands with tape or they can use white or black cloth or clothing like socks. It does not have to look professional but just wrap them the best you can.The other members in your group can choose what to wear but no one in your group should wear their school uniform shirt (you will be given time to change in class) but you should wear your uniform pants. Finally, learn about Angles & complete the trailer activity to post to Posterous.
