OverviewThe beauty of your short film is being able to use special effects from what you learned last quarter in After Effects and you will be able to easily take short clips that you edit in After Effects and import them right into Premiere for easy editing.
Effects
Open After Effects and use the HDV 720p24 preset. Save the project sequence as cp2 Clone or Jumper.
In your filming directions you were suppose to film either a clone or jumper effect scene. If you forgot how to edit, use either the clone tutorial or jumper tutorial (download and use the Purple Smoke for jumper & when you insert it, it will have a white background with the smoke but in the layer mode properties choose transparent) to edit at least one scene from your film.
Upload
When you are finished, export as H.264 YouTube Widescreen HD. Create a new Google Drive folder in your Short Film folder called ca4joe18 and make it public. Add your exported video clip (name it ca2 Clone or Jumper) to the folder and post the link to the spreadsheet.
