Directions
Watch the tutorial on how to better integrate After Effects with Premiere. Then use it and apply the Super Zoom effect (you can choose to zoom in or out, whichever works best) in your video and export (H.264) only the Super Zoom part of your video (two clips together, six seconds or less) and upload to Schoology by the end of class.
Then look through your video and add the Super Zoom one more time at good places in your video (example) but not close together. Choose effective times to use the effect according to the footage.
If you
r video has black lines like the image on the right, move the motion tile effect above all of the other effects, so that it will prioritize the motion tile first. If that doesn't work, try the four steps:1. Right click clip that has black lines2. Click "Pre-compose." this will make the clip itself into a new composition.
3. After entering the new composition, change the size of the clip to something slightly bigger, like 105-110%.
4. Return to original clip, black lines should be gone.
Make sure the cuts of your video are all on the beats of the song. This is very important.
Watch this short video to learn how to apply the same transform effect (crop, position, etc) to multiple clips at the same time.
You may go back to your adjustment layer and change the crop from 15% to the crop percentage of your choice (0-15%) based on your style and clips to the way you want it to look.
Also, the composition of your video should be 1920 x 1080 for your sequence dimensions and a frame rate of 23.976.
