Cameras
It is important that the person that is dancing for your video is well prepared. Remember that you had the opportunity to name a backup dancer. It is recommended to record early so in case something happens and your dancer cannot make it then you will have time before the deadline to arrange a new date to film.
You will use one camera on a tripod (or something else that is stable and cannot move at all) to get a wide shot (head to toe) of the subject. Then have someone film with the second camera on the side of the dancer with a medium shot from various angles (the second camera can move around a little and vary your subject shots but don't shake it).
See the example above and watch this example of how they switch the various angles.
You should begin with filming the intro. When you film your 1-2 minute dance, have the dancer dance straight through with no cuts if possible. Make sure you record the Freeze Intro, Jumper, and Clone parts in this long recording and when finished, record the additional footage you will need for these two effects:
Tips
Post
After you have filmed, import your footage from your two different cameras to a new folder called DV Project on your Google Drive.
After you have opened each video clip on the screen at one time in Quicktime, take a screenshot to post to Schoology.
Take a photo of your filming set up showing your two cameras filming like the example above but remember your main camera should be on a tripod, bench, chair, etc.
Render it as H.264 to YT (this should be the front wide view since it is the top layer). Then hide the wide top layer and render to YT so it shows the side low angle view.
