Whistleblower

I work at the this location in my city, and it has recently been cited by Osha from a former HR who is the whistleblower. He took a risk and we all signed the petition from the overnight shift (the hardest and most abused shift by the company and management) two weeks ago in June. A few days after he was banned from the building and is on paid leave of absence. He has posted numerous videos and photos on his facebook page, follow the posts that started in mid-June and follow from there and please try to help get him the recognition he needs so it can go viral. He's already tried to reach out to news stations, big bosses came in there last week and talking a whole bunch of bullshit.

This person has captured what many of us have with our own phones or smart watches for a long long time now because we are either ignored or nobody believes us, and he was just there for two months and he believed us and saw for himself. I am talking about black dust, dirt, hazardous smells, bad plumbing, associates being sick from vomiting, eye irritation from floating debris in the air from the big ass fans (yes, that's the name of them), headaches, nosebleeds, passing out from dehydration, constant asthma attacks from those who suffer from it, constant accidents and lie about how many there have been, misuse of company equipment to trap employees, set ups, threats, constant write ups for nothing, firing people but have it changed to say the person voluntarily quit but there are no documents to support the claim, forcing everyone to do the same thing all night long and when our bodies start to break down and it causes us to move slower they abuse us more not caring, a small fire happened in there a week ago because the electrical wiring in there is old, everything in the warehouse is old.

Ever since the petition was signed by nearly a hundred people, many employees have been retaliated, mistreated even more, certain ambassadors are being demoted who doesn't deserve to be in fact two or three of them are fighting back by going to the EEOC, and the ones who barely do their jobs at all get to stay on. They are blocking promotions, or promoting people who doesn't deserve it but do it because they don't like the people who actually do their jobs or they don't kiss butt to get ahead. Management are abusing their title and authority over all of this and are trying to force people to quit, and so far some have, but most are holding out to change their shifts which should be very soon.

If any of you are from my city, do NOT come to this location unless you want to get sick, be pushed around to only being pushed out. If you go to Google, do NOT believe all of the "great reviews", a lot of these people do not work (and might never have) on the overnight shift, so of course they wouldn't know what is really going on and how much hard work WE put into that makes THEIR'S and other shifts easier to work. And most of the reviews are from the delivery drivers who technically do not work for Amazon. Please help us, and pray for us.
