Unionization update

We're closing on 1500 signed petitions between our online and offline gathering. We're slicing and dicing this data by department, job role, and site location to see if we've achieved 30% of any "bargaining unit" to then file with the NLRB and call for a union vote.

Separately, we've heard from many of you that you want to get more actively involved in the unionization effort. First, please BE CAREFUL. As you can see in this article, Amazon is actively breaking the law by firing people just for legally protected unionization efforts. That said, you can hand out these flyers if you're interested. (You can also just print them at home and then leave them face-down lying around on common tables in the Amazon break rooms, "kitchens", lobbies, "communication centers", or other common areas for others to pick up. You'd be surprised how well this works.)

If you have really close friends who you trust, you can also directly gather signatures by printing this form. When you have enough signatures from your department, we can help you file them or you can scan them and email them to us and our volunteer labor lawyers can file them when we reach the minimum number.
