Targeted

I was hired at a traditional non sort building about a year and a half ago and well it started off pretty normal. I quickly made some car pool buddies and we started taking vto (voluntary time off) or leaving early. That's when I first realized we f*cked up since we would car pool and we would leave together, my PA took that as I was leading a "walk out",  this resulted in multiple masterminds and my AM suggesting that we don't car pool anymore. This same PA continued to try and mess with me leaving me in paths that I couldn't up with even after expressing my concerns. 

I dealt with this for about 9 months until we got a new AM who understood the situation. Well this AM was also barely older than me (I was 19 at the time) this was her first job and the mismanagement really showed. She lasted about 3 months before they shuffled her around. 

After that we got another AM and new PAs and they were fine until a new PA asked if I've had intercourse with another guy. That's when everything began to go downhill. Another PA who (at the time I was unaware) had problems with the PA who harassed me found out about the conversation and "anonymously" reported it to HR on my behalf. This lead the PA who harassed me to believe that I was working against him this made my life hell for the next 8 months. 

Everyday I'd be left to whichever job no one wanted I was lowest man on the totem pole. He would ultimately try masterminding me upwards of 5 times a day after months of this I finally went to hr about how I feel targeted and they told me to basically grow up because "he's stressed out". They did no further investigations into anything. He went as far as putting in a false hr report against me on behalf of (what I guess one could call at the time) my girlfriend. The mismanagement allows for such toxic culture to thrive.
