Not even water

I started in June of this year. When I applied I let them know I had a disability. Like other company they would ask for my papers from my doctor, I was told they would ask for it later. But they did see it on my application marked.

Over the first few months I had to go to the hospital ER twice due to brushing and turning solid white and my left legs swelling. The 3rd time anything happened to me. I asked for water and no water was given to me I asked for water twice, later find out they had no bottle of water. I went to the floor and passed out due to I overheated. The rack I leaned against was not locked before I went to the floor.

Before all this I asked the question is it common to feed employees before firing them. After asking that question I had my badge suspended only in our building by the local HR and local Supervisor and Management for a week. I was told by other employees that the supervisor talked about how he fired me. Now management has hired a new supervisor and moved the other supervisor to another department.

My badge problem turned into a computer error. But yet security said it was suspended by HR. Now the new supervisor has over stepped by taking his associate under him and pinned me between two racks, please understand I am a woman these are two men one behind me and one in front of me making it where I can not move.

Then I have HR tell me my job is not at risk but yet I had an associate under a supervisor have a learning ambassador write me up on what they call a five by five a learning sheet. So far employees being wrote up on these sheets are fired. This associate claimed she didn’t want to be in the line of fire or get in the middle but she put my health at risk when she started playing the management game trying to hurt people under her.

Management is all one race and I am not that race and I feel like due to I am not their race they don’t want me there. They have proven to me that my disability is another reason I am not wanted there. By law they have to work with me.
