Absurd interview process

In my warehouse, feedback is standard procedure regardless of the outcome. It is very upsetting that I have interviewed for a promotion twice with 5 interviewers each time providing no feedback on my interview. Not negative feedback - no feedback!

I deliver results no matter what challenges or barriers are in front of me. I am done applying for promotions. This is now over 30 separate times I have denied of a promotion one way or another so obviously time, dedication, and customer obsession is not what leadership here wants. 

I was told in writing that I definitely have potential to be in a leadership position within Amazon. Something has to change in upper management. The people interviewing me have no Amazon experience or understanding how the culture works. This is absurd.
