Back-breaking

My job at Amazon is literally back-breaking work. Everything was okay until the day after I bumped my back while picking up an item which fell so I could put it in an amnesty bin. It was okay the first day, but then it really started to hurt.

Management was horrible and I could never find anyone to ask for help to deal with my pain and how to work around it. My manager was supposed to tell me when we got our break but he "forgot" so I didn't get a break on the day when I really needed it. After that I clocked out and went home for the day, I could not handle the pain any more. They were working me like an animal at that point so I quit. This is why Amazon turnover is so high.
