Amazon culture needs work

The Amazon culture needs work. I never get the sense that they are actually looking to develop people. Its more of a churn and burn. There is no work life balance.  Even though the employee count grew from 85,000 when I joined 4 years ago to 250,000+ now, most people are still leaving in 1-2 years. That means they've actually hired over HALF A MILLION PEOPLE in the past few years and most are gone by now.

I highly suggest a different company to everyone who asks, so I thought I'd share this here as well.
