Abusing Flex Workers

I will share my story about how this new Amazon Flex company is working. Amazon Flex is a third party company that has "no phone line" and is only contacted through an email that only replies with little to no help. The support team only replies with redundant and uneducated answers. Some are very ignorant and have nothing to do with my issue.

All I am trying to do is update my information so that I may start my blocks, but instead, they disabled my account indefinitely and said that I need to show proper insurance ID. I have been providing them my insurance ID for the past 7 days and their response has been autonomously "Please email your commercial insurance ID". This seems to tell me that whoever the support team would be, might not be someone native to America as they are not very familiar with how a commercial insurance ID should look like. I am very bothered to know that huge companies like Amazon are employing very shady people in their company as well as third party companies.
