Below minimum wage

My daughter gave Amazon Flex a spin for a few weeks. She discovered you don't get paid for the drive to the hub nor back home. Once she factored that in it was easy to see that it's a well below minimum wage job. The numbers would be better if she was homeless and willing to live in her car parked in or near the hub's parking lots when not working.

You're better off homeless or being on assistance as you will end up with the same standard of living for a whole lot less work. This is one of the many dirty secrets of Amazon.
