Where I wouldn't work

Just from having lived in Seattle for a long time, it is obvious that something is up with Amazon. They are notorious for churn of employees. It's easy to see this across my group of acquaintances. Most of them work in software. Don't get me wrong: people do quit Microsoft, Google, or Facebook from time to time. However, that's generally after a long-term employment; Amazon is the place where even senior people don't seem to stick around more than a couple of years.

This is not a scientific study but I don't need scientific precision to get a clear idea of where I would not want to work. Amazon is at the top of that list.
