OSHA and ADA violations

I have been succumbed to defamation by coworkers making false and malicious statements of myself that are of no fact or without cause and they acted in disregard of the truth. As a person with a disability, I am entitled to be protected under the American Disability Act. Because I wasn’t properly protected coworker banded together to oust me and make false accusatory allegations of libel and slander. It was my coworkers who committed aggressive, menacing and malicious acts towards myself. The allegations and accusations made towards me are post ponderous and blameful and weren’t given the chance to properly defend myself. They already used bias and prejudged accounts in their line of questioning to accuse me of “ Threatening “ my coworkers and or rising of my voice. In conclusion, I have legally provided from the EEOC in specifying exactly what Federal Government Law requires. In order to properly investigate, they should have some sufficient knowledge of what my disability entails, or what the ADA and my legal rights are before making accusatory statements.

My interaction with these coworkers wasn’t positive in any way. They just decided to move the boxes without asking prior authorization or explaining why. They never fully explained that they needed to move my boxes and didn’t explain as to where they would move them. They

have moved another coworker’s boxes without asking Him and he even stated that they did that to him as well. I don’t know where the boxes were placed when they were moved because again they were not completely telling me why they were moving and they didn’t explain to me where they were moving them too. I did not call my colleague a liar, when I approached his supervisor; He was lying about what had happened. I explained that he is lying. He explained to me that these coworkers would move the boxes back. The boxes were never moved back to where they belong. I did not raise my voice, but I did escalate the problem to a supervisor. As explained before I did not threat to Report them to HR. As explained earlier, I did not threaten them  because I actually did report it the same day and filled a grievance to HR and spoke to my managers and HR. It is within my legal rights as well as Amazon’s Open Door Policy to report anything that is of violation of Amazon’s Code of Conduct and or Handbook immediately to a supervisor or to HR. I was only telling him that I would talk to HR immediately to file a complaint.

In conclusion, a threat would be some sort of harm towards another individual that pertains to physical. I have never threatened anyone to the extent of doing harm to anyone. Saying to someone that I was going to report them is my Legal Right and also a right that Amazon has provided to all their employees to report anything they see is suspicious and or unusual behavior. Also it violates my 1 st Amendment of the constitution, which is my freedom of speech and right to file a complaint without any repercussions. My reasoning is to report in good faith, that the company can do something about what the complaint or issue that a manager cannot do in that instant. There is reasonable doubt that there has been misconduct and or unethical behaviors and due to those and the breach of the employee ethics and employee handbook, I am entitled to voice those concerns. I didn’t have to let the employee know that I was going to report them, at least by telling

them, they were aware of what I was going to do in regards to the interaction that they had in regards with me or others. It is also with my rights with the Fair Work Act to make legal complaints if there are in breach of ethical and or company policies according to the Amazon Handbook. Amazon has placed an open-door policy and for that reason, I am entitled to file grievances and or complaints to proper

management and or leadership.
