Listen to your employees

Listen Amazon! Treat your employees better!

If you want all this high demanding work, pay more money. The key to fixing Amazon is to work smarter not harder.

LISTEN to your employees!

Find a way to implement their ideas while still expanding and while expediting orders. It will result in a more logical and functional way to do things.

For instance, have pickers for each floor or make the picks go in order not jumping from floor one to three for the next pick. This is common sense and you won't tire out so fast.

Get more forklifts and provide training from employees who are already licensed. That will help alleviate many issues and make orders go out much faster and you won't constantly have to train new staff when the old ones quit.

At each location, there needs to be an actual HR office and phone number, even for managers, to facilitate proper communication when employees need to be out.

Finally, be more honest, upright, and forthcoming with employees on what positions are available. Same for what positions they are being hired for *before* they accept. (Which currently makes them feel taken or trapped/tricked). Let them have the option to say "that position is fine, I'll accept" (or not). Lying will always leave to higher turnover.

If the above issues can be fixed, I'm sure the company and all its employees will be more eager to stay and even happy!
